We are looking for a professional Native German – Customer Care – with experience for 2 years in similar positions for others companies. Our client is a company leader in the travel&technology industry located in Salamanca.

This person will be responsible for delivering a customer experience for customers of the company. As a Customer Care, you will be working in the Customer Service Area, reporting to the Team Leader.

Responsabilities:

  • Know and understand customers’ needs.
  • Provide ideas to improve our customer experience.
  • Provide information about IT services, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropiate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.

 What do we need?

  • Native German.
  • Experience for two years in customer service experience.
  • Experience with software applications.
  • High level of technology skills.
  • Focus on Customer.
