We are looking for a professional Native German – Customer Care – with experience for 2 years in similar positions for others companies. Our client is a company leader in the travel&technology industry located in Salamanca.
This person will be responsible for delivering a customer experience for customers of the company. As a Customer Care, you will be working in the Customer Service Area, reporting to the Team Leader.
- Know and understand customers’ needs.
- Provide ideas to improve our customer experience.
- Provide information about IT services, or obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropiate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
